Cancellations
Orders placed with RoyalWaggs can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
RoyalWaggs does not offer refunds. However, exchanges are permitted only in cases where the product is damaged, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
